Self-Reflection Meeting

Self-Reflection

Meetings are a great way to communicate lots of information, to see the progress of work and exchange ideas. It can be good because in meeting we give-get information, develop options, make decisions and make contact with all. On the other hand it can be bad for time consuming and boring sometimes or talking about unnecessary categories.

At the practice meeting I was ready and I have agenda, I was a participant I discussed with the chairman and the other participants, my ideas was clear and we got to new solutions and suggestions through discussion and thereby our results in short amount of time by focusing on purpose.

The graded meeting was without preparation, we were not ready and didn’t know how to start, but we challenged ourselves by placing the goals, requirements and solutions so we were able to find results and it was a good experience felt like real.

In future as a manager to organize a meeting I need to have a good reason to meet in the first place, an agenda to clearly the purpose, requiring that participants come prepared to discuss the topics on the agenda, meaning that participants have received the agenda and have been told what's expected from them personally and a time frame of how long the meeting will take.
